I understand that I am responsible for exercising caution and common sense at all times to avoid injuries. Additionally, I acknowledge that Oogie Art cannot provide supervision or support during periods of independent travel. 2. I understand that Oogie Art is not responsible for supplying any art materials or providing compensation in the event of loss, theft, or damage. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own belongings, cleaning up after myself, and returning tools and other borrowed materials to their respective spaces to the best of my ability. Furthermore, I agree to bring all my art materials home at the end of the class. Any artworks or belongings left behind after 30 days without another registration will be donated. 3. I understand that tuition fees are non-refundable. I agree to pay a 5% late fee for registrations that are late 1 to 7 days and a 10% late fee for registrations that are late 8 to 14 days. 4. I understand and agree that leftover classes do not roll over to the next semester, and any make-up classes must be completed during the current semester. I acknowledge that under no circumstances can late arrivals or early leaves be made up. Additionally, I understand that all absences must be announced at least 24 hours in advance to be excused. I agree to respect and adhere to Oogie Art’s teachers, students, and semester scheduling as listed on the registration form. 5. I understand that Oogie Art is not responsible for my college admissions or award competition results, and I agree to absolve them of any blame regarding such outcomes. Both I and my parents agree to indemnify Oogie Art in the event that my actions result in financial loss or liability for the organization. 6. I hereby grant Oogie Art permission to use images of me working at the studio or traveling, as well as photographs of myself and my artworks, along with my name and school name, for promotional material and any other purposes that Oogie Art deems fit. 7. This agreement will be effective once I begin attending classes at Oogie Art. 8. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I am waiving my right to pursue any claims against Oogie Art in a court of law before a judge or jury. I agree Thank you!
